L'Obstinée: in 1982, the estate lost the right to produce Saint Chinian wine following the downgrading of certain plots of VDQS Saint Chinian in AOC Languedoc, I decided in 1998 to reconstitute  an island in AOC Saint Chinian with stubbornness and patience, through purchases and replanting, the first vintage was 2008. 

 

Grapes:  60% Syrah, 40% Grenache 
Ground:  Red marls and round pebbles

Yield: 37  Hl/Ha

Alcoholic strength: 13.5% vol.

Breeding :  Cuvée Élée in steel vats.
